Ordo sales plan

1. Who

The rock.ma / pcgamer.ma profile: a real business that sells online, with the traffic to show for it, problems anyone can see on its site, and no trace in the CNDP register. The cockpit (ventes\cockpit.bat, §4) holds them, best first; ventes/cibles_ecommerce.csv is the same list for Excel.

• Makes money: traffic rank in Morocco from Chrome's public list (Chrome UX Report, August 2026); within a rank, the visible spend comes first: ad pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), add-to-cart buttons on the homepage, an 0808/0800 customer line, RC/ICE published.
• Sells online: add-to-cart on the homepage, a shop platform, or order and account pages; ministries, schools, banks, hotels and media are left out.
• Not compliant: problems observed by our scan on 17–20 September (FORT or NOTABLE).
• Filed nothing: company not found in the register, no receipt number on the site. Left out: 34 companies found in the register, 30 sites showing a receipt, 19 national groups (Marjane, Carrefour, Electroplanet, the telecom operators…), which file under a group name. When a register company carries the shop's brand word, the cockpit names it on the card (14 in the top 10,000), with a button that opens the register tool on it.

Top of the list: Beautymarket, Univers Para Discount, iSTYLE, PC Gamer Maroc (techspace.ma and pcgamer.ma, one company), Mon Rituel, Allobat, Parachezvous, Micromagma, Next Level PC, UltraPC, LivreMoi, Massinart, Côté Para, Güzelhome, Zonetech, Joutech, Tera, Monjouet, Flanco, GoBébé, rock.ma (#36)… After the top 50,000 come 412 more ranked shops and 1,146 shops outside the ranking: the long tail, for e-mail. The list reads the latest visit of each site, so a re-check counts at once: a shop that fixed everything drops out.

3. Before the first call

1. Optional: fresh facts. The facts date from September. To refresh them before calling, use the scanner you already have: local_scanner\ui.bat → « Ouvrir la page de vérification » → paste the shops you will call → « Lancer » → « Exporter pour Ordo (zip) » → Ordo, Admin → Import. Then, in the cockpit, Réglages → « Mettre à jour la liste ».
2. Réglages, twice: in Ordo (your name, the WhatsApp number) so the pages show them, and in the cockpit (name, phone, prices) so the script and the e-mails carry them. Same prices in both.

4. The call, from the cockpit

Double-click ventes\cockpit.bat: the cockpit opens in your browser (keep its black window open while you work). « Mode appel » shows one shop at a time, follow-ups due first: its numbers, the script already filled with its own facts, the register check, every finding with its legal text and how the prospect can verify it, the screenshots, the e-mail Ordo wrote for it and the WhatsApp message. One click records the result, sets the next date and moves to the next shop; « Annuler » undoes a wrong click. Everything is saved in ventes/cockpit/suivi.json (one copy a day in sauvegardes/).

The phone first: you reach the owner, you hear the objection, and a person calling is not the electronic prospecting that article 10 restricts. The cockpit enforces the rest: e-mail only to generic addresses or the one given on the phone, WhatsApp only once the yes is recorded, STOP locks a shop for good, and it never opens the prospect's Ordo page (Ordo would count your visit as theirs).

Si rien n'a été déclaré, la loi prévoit pour une société [risque : jusqu'à 400 000 DH d'amende], et elle permet même la fermeture de l'établissement (art. 64). Je ne vous dis pas que vous allez être contrôlé ; je vous montre ce que tout le monde peut voir aujourd'hui sur votre site. »

« Nous nous occupons de tout : un rapport complet avec chaque problème et la correction exacte, texte de loi à l'appui ; la bannière, les mentions et les conditions de vente à mettre en ligne ; et les formulaires CNDP, que nous remplissons avec vous. Vous n'avez plus qu'à signer et déposer. »

« Je vous envoie la page avec la capture de votre site et le détail ? Par e-mail ou par WhatsApp ? »

What to send

• E-mail: the one Ordo already wrote for each site (Admin → Sites → the site → « Copier le texte »), with its page link. Only to the company's generic address (contact@, sav@…), or to the address they gave you on the phone.
• WhatsApp: only after they said yes on the phone.

5. « Gardez mon numéro »: the ones who are not ready

Most will say « later ». That is not a loss: they now know the risk, they have your number, and they asked you to keep in touch, which is their consent to hear from you again. The result « Plus tard (garde mon numéro) » puts them back in the queue in three months, and the cockpit's « Relances » screen turns a piece of news into a message for each of them. They come back when one of these happens, and each one is a reason to call or write:

1. They open the page. Ordo records the first opening (Admin → Sites, status « page ouverte »). Call back the same day: they are thinking about it.
2. News from the CNDP: a sanction, a new deliberation, a campaign. Check cndp.ma once a week. Each piece of news is a message to every « plus tard ».
3. Our articles: 07/10 « 400 000 DH d'amende : 32 % des sites marocains envoient les données de leurs visiteurs à Google et Facebook sans demander leur accord » and 06/12 « Vous vendez en ligne ? 93 % des boutiques marocaines sont en infraction… ». Written for exactly these shops.
4. Three months later: re-check their site (deep check) and tell them what is still there.

6. The numbers game

• Order: the cockpit's queue is already sorted. Top 1,000 and 5,000 first (138 shops), then the top 10,000 (186), then the top 50,000 (734). About 20 calls a day: the top 10,000 in three weeks.
• Measure from the first 100 calls: the cockpit's « Chiffres » counts reached, page sent, « plus tard », clients and turnover. Your real rate replaces any guess.
• Your rule stands: 500 logged contacts with fewer than 5 clients → change the message, the price or the target.
• The long tail (1,558 shops outside the top 50,000): Ordo's e-mail, in batches, once the call pitch is proven.

7. Files

These files hold business contacts and your call notes. Keep them on this PC: never in the deploy zip, never on the VPS.
